Are you an experienced choral singer looking for a musical home in NYC?
We’re looking for singers who can sight-read confidently, hold their own part, blend beautifully with others, are ready to tackle challenging repertoire, and will come prepared to rehearsals.
Our fall and spring seasons run from September through May/June, with concerts at the end of each season. We rehearse Monday evenings for two-and-a-half hours in the West Village.
Due to the small size of our ensemble, it’s important that members commit to every possible rehearsal and all concert dates. It is expected that singers practice on their own at home as needed - every member is a leader!
Our auditions include sight-reading, range check, ear training exercises, a prepared solo and small group-singing to assess blending.
